We all know that celebrities can get a ton of help from stylists, makeup artists, and professional hairdressers, but no matter where they get their tricks, they’re clearly working.  Here are a few celebrity secrets to looking hot all around the clock.

They Drink Water Like It’s Going Out of Style

Celebrities like Rihanna, Jennifer Aniston, and iconic model Twiggy admit that chugging water is the key to looking your best.  Being dehydrated isn’t good for your body and can cause your skin to look dry and wrinkled.  The recommended daily intake of water is eight cups, but these celebrities try to drink as much as they can.  Drinking plenty of water helps energize your muscles, keeps your skin looking incredible, and helps your kidneys work more efficiently.  This is partly why so many celebrities have amazingly clear skin.  Water helps keep those skin cells hydrated and plump, so keep a bottle of water with a wedge of lemon at work and drink it throughout the day.

They Don’t Skimp on Sunscreen
