International Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery) We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Fly Nation. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s) and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days of submission. Orders are shipped Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. How can I change or cancel my order?
Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to change an order after submission. If you'd like to change your order you may request to cancel the current order and we will gladly provide you with an E-Gift card for the full purchase amount. The gift card is only valid at www.shopflynation.com.and does not expire. If your order has been shipped, the item(s) may be returned utilizing our Return link. If your items are returned to due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we will issue a store credit minus the shipping fees.
I previously placed an order, however, I received an email stating the item(s) is no longer available or out of stock. What happens now?
Due to the overwhelming response to some of our products, when your order was processed for shipment, the item(s) was no longer in stock. Fly Nation will cancel the order and provide an E-Gift card via the email address provided at the time of your order, for the full purchase amount. The gift card does not expire and can only be used at www.shopflynation.com. Fly Nation is not responsible for lost or stolen and used E-Gift cards
I placed an order but I have not received a tracking number and the order tracking system shows unfulfilled!
Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days of submission. We apologize that your order has not been received. Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery. If you have not received your order and 10 business days have elapsed, (excluding all graphic items, which take an additional 7-10 business days for production) please contact our Fly Nation Customer Support Team.
Which form of currency does Fly Nation use?
Fly Nation happily provides products to Fly Girls all over the world! Our products and payments are in US Dollar currency. Fly Nation does not provide conversion rates. Please contact your bank or issuing credit card company regarding a detailed transaction and or conversion fees.
After tracking my order the system shows "delivered" but I have not received it!
Fly Nation provides tracking information on all orders. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact USPS and or the carrier provided and discuss the issue with the carrier directly. For your convenience, we have provided information on how to reach the USPS here. The USPS may place a claim on your package and investigate the missing items. If you live within a multi-unit property the package may have been left with the property managers or the front desk, concierge service. Fly Nation's Customer Support Team, will provide our best efforts in assisting you. Fly Nation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How long will my order take to be shipped to me?
We ship all orders using USPS Priority Mail flat rate shipping. In some instances your delivery can take up to 7 business days, depending on the demographic of your delivery address from Atlanta, GA, US. All domestic orders over $75.00 receive free shipping. You may request expedited shipping (1-Business day) for $28.00 flat rate.
What is the shipping time frame for international orders?
International shipments are generally delivered within 10-14 business days. In some instances, delivery may be delayed by customs. Fly Nation is not responsible for any charges or fees applied by customs. If you refuse to accept shipping of your purchase, the courier may return the items to Fly Nation. In the event this happens, Fly Nation may be required to pay additional charges to the courier based on the cost of the return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. Fly Nation will recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed.
Can I choose an alternative shipping carrier?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail as our default shipping carrier for domestic as well as international orders. Customers may also choose UPS or FedEx shipping. Choosing another carrier does not guarantee that your order will be processed sooner. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the consumer.
Will Fly Nation ship to PO Box and BFPO addresses?
Yes. Please be sure to enter to correct box number. Fly Nation is not responsible for incorrect shipments and unrecovered products.
