How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All orders have a 1-4 day processing period in addition to a 4-7 day shipping period. At checkout, choose the shipment method of your choice. Orders are shipped Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. In order to protect our customers from fraud processing and shipment of your may be delayed by our order verification department for further information. Once your order has left our facility you will be provided with tracking to monitor the shipment progress until it arrives.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Discount codes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or in addition to any student discount you may be entitled to (unless otherwise stated). only one discount code is permitted per order.

My Discount code is not working, is the code correct?

Be sure that you are entering the discount code correctly. It might help to copy and paste the code directly from your email. Discount codes may not be combined with any other codes or offers. Discount codes are limited to one use and must match the email of the issued customer.

International Taxes and Duties

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery) We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Fly Nation.Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s) , and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

I've changed my mind, how do I cancel my order?

If I cancel my order will i receive a full refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.  If you decide to cancel your order we will issue an E-gift card for the full value of the amount of your purchase. The gift card is equivalent to store credit and does not expire.
